drop2shop are an Irish company offering a convenient solution to online shopping returns. Prior to working together, drop2shop had no social media presence.

The goal was to use social media to raise brand awareness and increase service use. Over the course of just 8 months, their Instagram account now has over 5,000 followers, and service use has increased by 30%.
